Psychotherapy is a form of treatment where a trained therapist helps people talk through their feelings, thoughts, and behaviours to improve mental health and well being. It can address emotional challenges, mental health conditions, or life difficulties through conversation and various therapeutic techniques. I am currently offering in-person sessions for those in Ottawa and surrounding areas along with virtual sessions across Ontario and Quebec.

Most insurance providers cover the cost of psychotherapy. Please check with your provider. Receipts are issued for every session, which you may use to submit. I do not offer direct billing
